Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If there is a problem with work in your home, it usually helps to take it up with the provider first and keep a written record.
Please still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Know that Tillblame Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, give refunds for a provider's work or speak for a provider.

We will confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will then look into it, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask for another review. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For licensed contractors, your state contractor licensing board may be another option.
